# Paint – A face card such as a king, queen or jack in a deck of cards.

# Pass Line – A craps term for placing a bet on a certain part of the table.
# Pat – In draw poker is a hand that has reached a point where no more cards are needed. In Blackjack it would be when the player reaches 17.
# Payline – In slot machines the reels spin and the payline indicates the symbols to be read as the winning line.
# Payoff – The cash paid on a winning bet.
# Payoff Odds – The odds that are allocated to wagers in casinos. The payoff odds are calculated according to the percentages and math.
# Payout Percentage – This is the term used in slot machines and refers to the amount that is programmed to be the return on the play.
# Pigeon – A slang term for a new gambler, naive.
# Pit – A casino section where the games are arranged and can only be accessed by the dealers of manager.
# Pit Boss – The person who watches over the Pit to ensure security.
# Pit Manager – Deals with any issues or problems that occur at the tables.
# Player – A gambler.
# Poker – A type of card game which has several variations.
# Pot – The amount of money that is up to be won.
# Probability – The odds and chance of winning.
# Progressive – A slot machine term where the jackpot is continually growing until won
