America’s Got Talent Winner Kevin Skinner wins $8,000 Playing slots

When you’ve won a million dollars for being crowned the champions of America’s Got talent $8,000 won’t be even close to your biggest pay cheque but that is how much Kevin Skinner won in Las Vegas playing slots.

Skinner was in Vegas filming the show and was with his Grandma Kelly from Florida who would walk him to dinner and buffet lunches at the Palms Casino and the Resort. Whilst he was there he started to dabble in everyone’s favourite game: slots. He managed to pick up the win as well as the America’s Got Talent title.

The 36 year old from Kentucky was unheard of before winning America’s Got Talent but is now in high demand to perform and star on shows such as the Ellen DeGeneres Show. He has an hugely likeable personality and says the America’s Got Talent judges Sharon Osbourne, Piers Morgan and David Hasselhoff are “the nicest folks you’d ever want to meet”.

After sweating it out through the final rounds and playing slots in his spare time Skinner won the fourth season of the show and is now busy releasing albums but I’m sure he won’t have forgotten his win at the slots.
